1. Binding Agreement

These Official Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern all promotional sweepstakes initiatives organized and administered by Technology Future (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in any sweepstakes, you certify that you have carefully reviewed, fully comprehended, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as the Sponsor's Game Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYING ANY FEES WILL NOT ENHANCE YOUR LIKELIHOOD OF WINNING.

Virtual Currency Guidelines

• Gold Coins: In-game virtual tokens intended solely for entertainment during gameplay. They hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred between users, and are ineligible for prize redemption under any circumstances.

• Sweeps Coins: Can be acquired through qualifying purchases (as a bonus incentive), free promotional offers from the Sponsor, or Alternative Methods of Entry (AMOE) detailed herein. These coins may be used to participate in sweepstakes gameplay and redeem corresponding prizes.

2. Final Decision-Making Authority

• All decisions made by Technology Future regarding the sweepstakes—including, but not limited to, verifying participant eligibility, selecting winners, distributing prizes, and interpreting these Terms—are final and binding on all participants in all respects. No appeals will be considered for such decisions.

3. Eligibility Criteria

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

• Legal residents of the United States, excluding those residing in Idaho and Washington.

• Participants must be physically present in an eligible jurisdiction at the time of entry.

3.2 Age Requirement

• Participants must be at least 18 years old, or reach the age of majority as mandated by the laws of their place of residence—whichever is higher. Minors are strictly prohibited from participating.

3.3 Excluded Individuals

• Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliated companies.

• Immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children) of the aforementioned excluded employees.

• Household members of excluded employees, regardless of blood relation.

• Individuals involved in the development, design, or execution of the sweepstakes.

3.4 Compliance Obligation

• Participants bear full responsibility for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws, regulations, and administrative provisions. Any violation of relevant laws will result in immediate disqualification.

4. Definition of Sweepstakes Period

• Each individual game session constitutes a separate "Sweepstakes Period," commencing when the game begins and concluding when the game ends. Additionally, the Sponsor may designate special promotional periods, with clear start/end dates and times announced via official channels.

5. Entry Methods and Requirements

5.1 Standard Entry Channels

• Account Registration: Create a free account and verify a valid email address.

• Daily Login Bonus: Claim rewards once every 24 hours through the designated bonus section on the platform.

• Mobile Phone Verification: Complete verification of a valid phone number during account registration.

• Task Completion: Fulfil specific tasks announced in the Sponsor's promotional campaigns to gain entry eligibility.

5.2 Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

• Participants may also obtain entries through the following free method:

• Postal Mail Entry

• Requirements: Use a plain 4"x6" card or sheet of paper.

• Must be handwritten in legible blue or black ink (typed/printed entries will be rejected).

• Mandatory information:

• Unique Postal Request Code (as specified in official promotions).

• Full legal name (must match government-issued identification).

• Registered email address (used for sweepstakes account registration).

• Current residential address (including street, city, state/province, postal code).

• Signed statement: "I agree to comply with the Official Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions."

• Mailing instructions: Place the completed card/paper in a stamped envelope with a clear return address, and prominently mark the outer envelope with "Sweepstakes Entry."

• Reward: Each valid postal request will be credited with 0.2 Sweeps Coins.

• Limit: One postal entry per participant per calendar day.

5.3 Entry Management Rules

• Sweeps Coins expire automatically after 180 consecutive days of account inactivity (no login or account usage).

• All Sweeps Coins must be wagered at least once before they can be used for prize redemption.

• Prohibited behaviors: Using automated software, fake identities, or third-party proxy services to obtain entries; engaging in any form of fraudulent entry activity. Violators will be disqualified and may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

6. Prize Redemption Terms

6.1 Prize Types and Redemption Rates

• Cash Prizes: Eligible for redemption with 100+ Sweeps Coins, at a rate of 1 Sweeps Coin = $1 USD.

• Gift Cards: Eligible for redemption with 25+ Sweeps Coins, at a rate of 1 Sweeps Coin = $1 USD in gift card value.

• Note: Processing fees may apply to prize redemptions, not exceeding the actual transaction cost incurred by the Sponsor.

6.2 Redemption Requirements

• The payment method used for redemption must be registered under the same legal name as the sweepstakes account holder.

• Participants must complete full verification of identity, age, and account information as required by the Sponsor.

• Only one prize redemption request is permitted per account every 48 hours.

• Standard processing time for redemption requests: 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• For redemptions totaling over $2,500, the Sponsor reserves the right to extend processing time and may distribute the prize in installments at its discretion.

6.3 Tax Liabilities

• Winners bear sole responsibility for all applicable taxes arising from winning a prize, including but not limited to income tax and withholding tax. Prizes are non-transferable, except in the event of the winner's death, where the prize may be transferred to the winner's legal estate in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Winner Verification Process

7.1 Validation Procedures

• All potential winning results displayed during gameplay are preliminary and non-binding. The Sponsor will conduct a comprehensive verification of all potential winners. A participant will be confirmed as an official winner only after the verification process is completed and a formal notification is issued by the Sponsor.

7.2 Required Documentation

• Verified potential winners must complete and return the following documents within the timeframe specified in the official notification:

• A notarized affidavit of eligibility (confirming compliance with all entry requirements).

• A liability and publicity release form (waiving claims against the Sponsor and agreeing to potential publicity).

• Relevant tax acknowledgment and declaration forms.

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., passport, driver's license).

• For Canadian residents: A correct answer to a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (as required by Canadian law).

7.3 Disqualification Scenarios

• Failure to submit all required documents in full and in accordance with requirements within the specified timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize. The Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternative winner in such cases.

8. Terms and Limitations

8.1 Participant Obligations

• By participating in the sweepstakes, you agree to:

• Strictly comply with all provisions of these Terms and accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding.

• Release the Sponsor, its affiliated companies, and all entities/individuals involved in the sweepstakes from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, or losses arising from or related to participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

• Indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor against any third-party claims, lawsuits, or losses caused by your violation of these Terms or improper conduct during participation.

8.2 Sponsor's Rights

• The Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes (in whole or in part) in the event of fraud, technical malfunctions, force majeure, or other circumstances that compromise the fairness or integrity of the sweepstakes.

• Disqualify any participant who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or disruptive behavior, or attempts to manipulate sweepstakes results.

• Revise or update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the sweepstakes after revised Terms are announced constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8.3 Liability Exclusions

• The Sponsor shall not be liable for:

• Technical errors, network failures, system crashes, or corrupted entries caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.

• Unauthorized access, interference, or manipulation of the sweepstakes system.

• Human errors or technical glitches in the operation of the sweepstakes.

• Any personal injuries, property damages, or other losses incurred by participants in connection with their participation in the sweepstakes or use of the prize.

• For lost or expired Sweeps Coins, the sole remedy (if any) shall be the replacement of such coins at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

9. General Provisions

• If unforeseen events beyond the Sponsor's control (e.g., natural disasters, wars, government regulations, technical failures) compromise the fairness or integrity of the sweepstakes, the Sponsor may suspend, cancel, or amend the sweepstakes or these Terms without prior notice. Participants who violate these Terms, engage in unsportsmanlike conduct, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage may be disqualified, and the Sponsor reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
