By registering an account, accessing, or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not consent to any provision herein, please cease accessing or using the Services immediately.
1. Eligibility for Service Usage

• Every user must verify that they have attained the legal age of majority, which is 18 years old, at the time of account registration or initial access to the Services. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering an account or using the Services.
1.2 Geographic Eligibility Criteria
• The Services are exclusively available to individuals who meet the following geographic qualifications:
• Legal residents of the United States who can present valid proof of residency, with the exception of residents of Washington and Idaho.
1.3 Adherence to Legal Obligations
• Users shall, at all times, comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in the jurisdiction where they reside. This includes, but is not limited to, federal, state/provincial, and local laws and regulations governing interactive entertainment services.
2. Scope of Service Availability
2.1 Authorized Service Regions
• Access to the Services is restricted to specific authorized areas within the United States. The Company retains the right to review and adjust the list of authorized service regions periodically, and such modifications shall become effective upon announcement via official channels.
2.2 Restricted Access Locations
• The Company explicitly prohibits access to the Services from the following locations:
• The U.S. states of Washington and Idaho (expressly excluded from service coverage).
• Any region where the provision or use of the Services would violate local laws, regulations, or administrative provisions.
3. Location Verification Procedures
3.1 Verification Approaches
• To ensure compliance with geographic eligibility requirements, the Company implements a multi-faceted location verification process, including but not limited to:
• Location-based features integrated into iOS and Android operating systems.
• Validation and authentication of GPS coordinate data.
• Analysis of location-related information directly collected from users' devices.
• Network signal triangulation technology.
3.2 Limitations on Verification Precision
• While the Company employs industry-standard verification methods, it cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy or permanence of location data. Factors that may affect accuracy include technical constraints of the verification system, variations in hardware and software configurations of individual user devices, and environmental interference that may impact the stability of GPS signals.
3.3 User Responsibilities
• Users shall assume full responsibility for the following:
• Ensuring that their actual location complies with the geographic eligibility requirements outlined in this Agreement throughout the entire period of using the Services.
• Strictly adhering to all legal obligations and regulatory requirements applicable to their local jurisdiction in connection with the use of the Services.
• Providing true, accurate, and complete location information through the verification methods designated by the Company, and refraining from any act of concealing or falsifying location information.
4. Administration of This Agreement
4.1 Right to Amend
• The Company reserves the sole and exclusive right to modify, supplement, or revise this Agreement at its discretion. If the Company makes any changes to this Agreement, it will notify users through appropriate channels (such as in-app notifications or email communications). Your continued use of the Services after the revised Agreement takes effect shall constitute acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not accept the revised Agreement, you must discontinue using the Services immediately.
